Can I have a sample order?
Yes, sample orders for checking quality are welcome. Mixed samples are acceptable. Low MOQ, 2pc for sample checking is available.
What about the lead time?
For samples, it takes about 3-5 work days. Mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantities more than 5000pcs.
What payment methods do you support?
We support T/T, Paypal, Western Union, and other standard payment methods.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
For small quantities, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. For mass orders (over 45kgs), we provide LCL, FCL sea shipment, or airport-to-airport cargo. All prices are based on EXW factory price.
Is it OK to print my logo on purchased product?
Yes. Labeling is available. Please contact us regarding specific products and their MOQ for labeling and your design requirements.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, a 2-5 years warranty is offered depending on the different products in our range.
