We can provide samples free of charge. However, delivery charges are covered by the customer. To streamline the process, please provide an international express account for freight collection.
How is high quality ensured?
We maintain our own material production and die factory. All workers undergo rigorous training. We perform 100% on-line and final inspections to ensure zero defects, supported by ISO9001:2015 and SGS certifications.
What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?
Actual weight includes the full packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the technical drawing by multiplying the weight per meter by the total length of the profile.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit followed by the remaining 70% T/T balance before loading the container.
Do you charge for mold fees?
In instances where a new mold is required for specific profiles, the mold fee is typically refunded once the order quantity reaches a designated threshold.
