For samples, we require 100% payment in advance via Bank TT. For bulk orders, we accept Bank TT with a 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment.

Sample orders typically take 3-7 working days to prepare. For bulk orders, the delivery time is within 35 working days.
QWhat shipping methods do you offer?

2. Air Cargo: Cost-effective for certain areas, taking 5-7 days.

QHow do you ensure the quality of your LED lamps?
We perform 100% quality reliability testing on all lamps. This includes testing their operating temperature after 24 hours of continuous lighting. Once cooled, we test 100% of the lamps again to ensure they still function perfectly. Every single lamp must pass all these strict QC procedures before shipping.
QWhat is your warranty and after-sales service policy?
We provide a 2-year warranty on our products. In case of any quality issues, we will replace the defective products for you free of charge. We guarantee quick replies to all customer inquiries to ensure a happy ordering experience.
QWhat is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for wholesale orders is 500 pieces. However, we also support 1 piece sample orders for quality checking.
