Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 10-15 days. The actual delivery time depends on order quantity and production plan.
Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. That depends on whether the order is for standard products or customized products.
Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes, customized logo on lights or on boxes is acceptable. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities or discuss repairs for batch defects.
